it says, registered and available and i can make call from the lumia but i do not receive calls

In order to preserve battery power, Windows does not allow applications to run in the background. The only way to make incoming calls work while Zoiper is running in the background is to configure both the server and the client to use PUSH notifications.

You need to contact your VoIP provider regarding the support of PUSH.

If you can not use PUSH notifications you will need to follow these steps:

Run Zoiper → go to Settings → select Lockscreen settings → enable "Run under lock screen". You will need to keep Zoiper open in order to receive incoming calls.

If you are not able to receive calls it could be also if you use Zoiper with WiFi, please make sure that the routing
device is not blocking ports used by Zoiper.
The default ports used by Zoiper are:
SIP port is 5060
IAX port is 4569
RTP port is 32000
Default STUN vallues:
Server:stun.zoiper.com / Port: 3478 UDP/TCP Refresh period: 30
