Can register on PC but not on Android device [closed]

I can register my account on my PC using the Zoiper softphone app, but am not able to register when using the Android app on my phone. I receive the error message: "Registration failed (Request Timeout 408))". Both devices are using the same network setting in Zoiper and both are on my home network.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Which zoiper versions?

Are you using wifi or mobile network on your phone?

Which DNS servers is your mobile using?
