cant hear the voice

i configured the VPN in mikrotik router. when the VPN is connect  and i dial an extension in local network with my iphone, i can hear the voice of some one who is in local network but he cant hear my voice.

pleas help me if you know what is the problem!

Do you use an internal / external sip server?

When using internal sip, please disable stun.
