ZOIPER for ChromeOS (maybe as an Android App)

Question

We're trying to use a SIP client for ChromeOS.

Has anyone managed to get one of the ZOIPER for Android apps running on ChromeOS. We've force installed them under GSuite Admin Console but they just don't appear as installed on the ChromeOS client.

Any help appreciated
