How do I add a 'Dial O for outside line' to all click to call numbers without altering my contacts

Question

I'm using voiper to run a click to call addin on Chrome,  I need to add a 0 to access an outside line.  I've tried using another international code and adding the '0' prefix, but it then seems to cut the first two numbers. I cant think of a way around this.  Can anyone help.

If you change number rewriting to the current country you are in and add a 0 for the prefix?
