Problems with Push proxy service

I am running Zoiper 2.5.35 on Android 6.01. Just subscribed for the Push proxy service. The problem is that when "Push proxy" is enabled I can't receive calls...they go to VM after a ring on the phone. I am able to do calls. On my provider portal ( I can see the registration is done with re-registration timeout 60 min. 

What could be the problem?
