I was making and receiving calls, changed nothing, and now I can't send or receive.
I am getting "unauthorized" and the call doesn't go through.
Other SIPs for android work just fine.
What might have changed to stop it from working?

The "unauthorised" error means that your VoIP provider is not authorising your registration. You need to contact them and ask them what could be the issue.
