When enabling push proxy outgoing calls no longer work. I simply get an unauthorised error? Registration is ok and inbound calls work just fine...
Disable the push proxy option and I can once again make outbound calls.
Anyone know why?

Have you tried consulting with your service provider what they do not like in the INVITE, when the PUSH is enabled ?
Try filling your SIP username under auth. username in your account options in Zoiper.
