Click2dial icon in Chrome on Zoiper BIZ version is grey

My Click3dial does not work.

Biz version

Chrome

Icon in chrome is grey....

Hello,

The icon normally stays grey. 

If chrome is not doing anything when click on a phone number, try the troubleshooting steps for Chrome, here: https://www.zoiper.com/en/support/answer/for/windows/38/Click_2_Dial
