Are push notifications available for the iPhone App when using IAX?

I use the IAX protocol for my PBX because certain cell phone providers block SIP ports. IAX works far better for us. However, once the phone goes to sleep, it can not receive calls and shows up as "unknown" in the list of IAX peers.

I'm not having this problem with Android phones, and I'm hoping the push notification will keep the connection alive. Thank you.

Hello,

The PUSH service is only for SIP accounts. Regarding the port blocking by your service provider, you can try enabling the PUSH proxy for signalling and RTP, also set the PUSH transport to TLS. That way your carrier should not be able to block it.
