Sometimes i need to close et reopen the app to make phone call

I have the v2.6.31 with Push notification enabled. Sometimes, when i want to make a phone call, the call is going nowhere (no sound). The screen just want for an answer or the call just stop for no reason. I must close the app and reopen it and then i can make new phone call.

Any idea?
