Inbound calls not working anymore with push proxy enabled

After subscribing to and enabling the new proxy, inbound calls do not work anymore. I tried the hints I found in the other threads,  but only working solution is disabling the proxy.  changing the protocol to TCP on the account 's network settings prevents the SIP registration.
