problems with zoiper when the iPhone is put to sleep, same happens in windows 7

The only way to currently receive calls on iOS while Zoiper is in background is through PUSH notifications. iOS no-longer allows anything to work on background.

what I was referring to is if zoiper works in the same way as whatsapp or there is some other payment app that can solve this problem
