Zoiper auto start when phone starts

Question

I choosed auto start in the settings but Zoiper does not start when the mobile is starting. Why? What can I do? Device: Asus Zenfone 3 with android 8.1.0

Hello,

Zoiper might start with some delay, however depending on the phone manufacturer it could be with up to 5 minutes for some brands like Xiaomi. Unfortunately we do not have any control over the delayed startup.
