my browser does not open Voicehost to be able to create your SIP/IAX account

I have followed the instructions up to....

Note, If you do not have account, click on the "Create Account" button, your current region should be autodetected, select provider and click on the "Sign up" button. Your browser should open and you will be able to create your SIP/IAX account.

However, when I do this I then get

404 - the page you were calling did not answer

can anyone help.

I have already deleted my browser Google Chrome on my laptop and trying it via Explorer.  I have also used various search engines such as: Bing, Yahoo and Google but still the same.

When doing a programme compatible troubleshooter and checking online to detect any further issues it comes up with a Troubleshooting report stating that...

Zoiper5_Installer_v5.2.19 is incompatible

Is this my error and how do I rectify it. Please help, I'm very stuck and very confused!!!
