App not working properly on iPone 7 with IOS 12.1.4

we have one iPhone user with our SIP set-up and the Zoiper app is not working properly. We had no issues on Windows 10 and on Android.

iPhone: 7

IOS 12.1.4

Issue: The audio qualit of the calls is really bad with parts of sentences missing, kind of weird noise, sometimes the up or down channel is not working and also dropping calls.

We do not encounter these issues on any other Zoiper based system we are using which is Zoiper 5 on Windows and another APP on Android.

Could you help us out here?
