I have a www.virtuallandline.co.uk number. I have dowloaded Zoiper5 to my laptop but I have been struggling for a couple of days to receive calls. Keeps going to my voicemail.
I have tried turning off all firewalls. I have uninstalled Ring Central. Nothing is working. Virtual Landline support don't know what to do either.
I am on an unlimited plan with them so I should be able to receive and make calls no problem.
Please urgently assist
