Hold issue - not able to resume call

Hi there.

When i put someone on HOLD, or when my contact on phone put me on HOLD, when we try to resume the call, we are not able to. We got an automatic message " Your contact is already online etc...)

I have tryed with ofhter soft phone i don't get this issue. I guess its coming from zoipier.

Do you got any suggestion ?

The voice message you are hearing comes from your provider. Have you tried consulting with your VoIP service provider first ?
