Hello,

A call-transfer feature is available in Zoiper 3 Biz and Zoiper Classic Biz, Zoiper Gold for Android, Zoiper Premium for iOS, and Zoiper Silver/Gold/Platinum for Windows Phone. Using this functionality you should be able to transfer an incoming call to another number or extension. For transferring a call to skype accounts, these accounts would need to have a public numbers as well.
