My team is calling through a Windows Laptop and everytime they call they can hear their voice after speaking, the call "breaks" (you can barley hear what the other person is saying) and most important, there is a time gap. While the sales person is speaking, he hears the answer that the client said before...


-Hi, how are you

-Fine and you?

-I wanted to tell you... and there he hears (fine and you?)

Please help!

I can suggest that you notify your service provider regarding this issue. Zoiper plays the audio stream as soon as it is received from the server.
