Unable to change the codec priority in Android

Hi,

I just purchased the g729 codec .

I 'm unable to move the codec priority.

I went to the Audio codec settings but nothings happens by clicking on the arrows on the left side.

My sip provider supports the g729.

Zoiper version  installed is 2.8.15

Why?
