I am using Zoiper Lite 2.8.15 and cannot dial change the Codecs

Question

I am using Zoiper Lite 2.8.15 and cannot dial out. I need to change the Codecs but there is no QRcode icon on the screen nor a Config icon. 

How can I do a Manual or QRcode update?
