I've been using Zoiper Pro for years but since I got the Push option, it stopped working.

My Android registers with Anveo just fine. I call place outbound calls. That works fine as well. But all inbound calls are pushed to voicemail.

I suspect that the issue is with Connectivity -> Listing Ports. What should I select? All random ports? 

Could someone share the configuration used for Anveo?
