No ringtone on Chromebooks with Zoiper 2.8.15

Question

Everything works fine exept the ringtone. I see a new window pop up when a new call comes in but i can't hear a ringtone. 

Is there a solution?

Hello,

Try changing the ringtone with something else from your SIP account settings and check if it will make any difference. You can also check if the system sounds are not mutted.

changing the ringtone in my sip account settings in Zoiper didn't help. Haven't found a system sound setting on chromebook. Only notifications.
