Registration keeps failing

I have purchased a landline number through sipgate.co.uk which I would like to forward to my iphone 7 through the zoiper app. Registration is successful but it's not long before this changes to registration failed and then if anyone tries to call me they get a message saying they have dialled an incorrect number. If I turn my phone off and back on again registration is successful but this doesn't last long. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
