Change Ringtone on Iphone

Question

Has anyone experienced the issue of the incoming call to ZoiPer getting the default iPhone ringer, as oppose to the one selected in the app.

I want to distinguish the call incoming to my normal iPhone number different to the incoming call to ZoiPer.

I am receiving the incoming calls no problem there, but the ringtone is the same.

I have tried several different ringtone settings from the menu ( Settings->Accounts->Ringtone)

Also my IOS setting have sound enabled for the Zoiper.

We spoke to the user on the phone, the issue was related to GSM call forwarding, the phone calls were coming in through the GSM instead of coming in through VoIP.
