We recently had to take zoiper application off of our laptop to reinstall windows, and when we put in back on we are having trouble making or receiving calls. When we signed back in we forgot the password but had that emailed to us so then we were successful, but when we attempt a call we get an error that states "ZIP 404 not found. No route to destination". I'm sure there must be steps that we are missing to do as we have had this difficulty in the past but don't remember how we troubleshot it.
