subscribed to Push notification, but not able to receive calls on Zoiper 5 free

service provider just changed server settings-

Result : incoming calls not working on Zoiper, outgoing calls are working fine

please assist !

Hello,

Zoiper5 does not use PUSH notifications. 

They are available only in Zoiper for Android and iOS.
