Hi , the main problem is when I receive some call, I can't answer it because the buttons don't do the action. (answer or hangup the call) . 

Here is my information. 

Phone version: Zoiper5 5.2.28 for Windows 64bit
Library revision: v2.8.115
Phone revision: 5.2.28_Windows
UI revision: 1.2.3

Hi,

The issue is caused most-likely due to the same thing explained in our F.A.Q. here: https://www.zoiper.com/en/support/home/article/72/calls_get_disconnected_after_30_seconds

Try some of the suggestions.

Nothing in here fixes the issue. Default installation settings on 3 different machines, 2 machines have this problem and only 1 works.
