snom a7170 headset

Question

i am using a snom a170 headset on my windows pc and but cannot use the answer button on the headset to accept a call and have to use the on screen pop up .

i have all HID options ticked including generic but this still does not work .has anybody got a work around ?

Hi,

SNOMs are not supported for answering or hanging calls. 

You will be able to do that only from Jabra, Plantronics or Sennheiser USB or Wireless DECT headsets.
