Hello,


We have 30 Pro licenses. When we deploy a workstation Zoiper is installed by local admin for all users and activated.

When an agent logs into that workstation and launches Zoiper, we are prompted to activate again. We are using two or more licences each time. Is there a way to activate Zoiper for a device?

Win 10 x64 1903. Roaming profiles

Hi,

Make sure that you are using the latest Zoiper - 5.3.4

It contains a change in the activation specifically for such cases. With the previous versions when you perform activations from accounts with different privilege levels (admin/ user) we used to get in some cases different HW ID's. This is now resolved.
