Dear Community

We are using ZoiPer Pro on our desktops. In the Call Settings we'd like to use the Call Forwarding after e.g. 10 seconds to our mobile numbers. We see the incoming call ringing within Zoiper and after the above-mentioned 10 seconds the forwarding setting takes over - but it doesn't transfer the call successfully, it just ends the call without any info.

We tried to enter the forwarding destination in different styles including and without country code (0041- / +41- / 0-).

How can we solve this issue? It is rather inconvenient if the forwarding option isn't working at all.

Hi,

I believe you have also opened a ticket regarding this.

From what I remember the issue was coming from your PBX not supporting the forwarding method.
