Can Zoiper (Orem) open URL on incoming call?

Question

There is a task. We need to open certain URL in browser, upon picking up a call in ZOIPER. URL has fixed part and phone number as a part of URL (like: https:\\crm_site.com\8783477841.aspx) Is it possible? And if so - where to read about this feature (custom-url-scheme - right?)
