Our agents are using Xlite on all of their devices. However we plan on migrating to Zoiper Premium version.
-Do all of our agents require to have license per device?
-Is there a 24/7 customer service phone? We are located in Mexico and when I tried calling we are never connected to a rep.
-Is the custom version of Zoiper cheaper if we remove some features?
- Is the migration process difficult? We don't want to be out of business any second.
