ringing while recieving a call

when i get a call and answers it. i can still hear some ringing in the background. please help

The issue is exactly the same as the one described here: https://www.zoiper.com/en/support/home/article/72/calls_get_disconnected_after_30_seconds#windows

The call is not negotiated, thus the server of your service provider keeps re-sending the call.
