Hello, 

I'm trying made a call with zrtp between Linphone and Zoiper, but the session ZRTP is not working. 
The Zopier complain during the negotiation phase with the follow error message: " Critical software error".

Hi,

Thank you for the log, I have removed your last comment with it since it contains some private information. 
It seems that we have also received other reports regarding this issue with Linphone. For some reason they do not send "HelloACK", so the ZRTP cannot be negotiated. 
As you can also see by your log, Zoiper tries to send multiple "Hello" packets and resends them for some time, but there is no appropriate response as per the RFC, thus the call negotiation fails.

I tried to make a call using "cloud softphone" and it did not work too.
