We have installed the Zoiper 5 programm, followed all the instructions but nobody can reach us cause our line is always busy. and when we are traying to call someone the  call just drops and it says the call is ended. The call infromation says "service unavailable( code.503) . How can we fix this issue?

Make sure that all account details and the server hostname are entered correctly. If the issue is appearing randomly it may be temporary issue with your VoIP provider.
