I can't make international calls

Question

Every time i try to make international calls i get either something saying normal temporary failure, or an automated message saying there is to much congestion in the overseas network. How do i fix this? i'm trying to call from thailand have tried numerous different wifi connections.

Those error come from the server of your service provider.

Try contacting them regarding this. It seems that they do not have enough free lines.
