After one ring call end with "Normal local hang up" [closed]

Question

Hi all, when dialing German landline numbers through Zoiper, after one ring the call ends and it shows in the app "Normal local hang up".

Inbound calls seems to work. No issues so far.

Any idea what could be the problem? What needs to be changed in settings?

Hi,

If this happens only with German number, try to clarify it with your VoIP service provider. They might be closing the line towards this region.

Unfortunately not, I've tested UK and Swiss numbers. Also not working resp. "hang up" as above

If this is Zoiper Pro and you have a headset from Jabra, Plantronics or Sennheir, try going to the settings menu and disable the HID integration options.

Thanks for the answer. It's solved meanwhile. Needed to reinstall and set outbound proxy. Will close the issue.
