I am running Zoiper5 5.3.7 for Windows 64bit, on Windows10 and using a Logitech USB Headset H540.

When I make a call, the person can hear me but I can't hear them. I noticed on the audio setting , located on the bottom left of the app, I can set the volume setting but the microphone volume setting is greyed out.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regarding the greyed out setting, it will become available only when you are in active call.
