Why can't I navigate through voice menus?

When I press the numbers on the dialpad my chosen entry is not selected.

Zoiper for Android is capable of navigating through Voice menus. Most probably, you need to change the DTMF type that is currently configured for your account.

Please run Zoiper on Android, then go to configuration -> Accounts-> select the account in question and scroll down to Features .
Select the DTMF type recommended by your provider.
