Zoiper Parameters for SIP Server on router E5186-22a Huawei

I'm not able to find the parameters to be set on my SIP Server  router E5186-22a Huawei in ortder to test the free Zoiper version with my rj11 fixed telephone in Itali with ILIAD SIM.

I  always get error 923= DNS?...


- Proxy Server Address = ?

- Proxy Server Port=  5060?

- Registration Server Address= ?

- Registration Server Port=  5060?

- SIP Server Domain Name= ?
