when trying to follow your suggestions to have audio during calls :-( I could not change the STUN settings, as the options are grey and not selectable. Can anyone help?

Did you configure the account manually, or it was configured by a QR code?
I used a pre-configured provider during setup. should I do it all manually, copying the preconfigured settings?

Hi. I have the same issue with one way audio and greyed out stun settings on my iphone so I cant changed them. Nothing is blocked on the router and microphone is enabled. It's actually incoming audio I am missing
Any ideas as I would love to use this service

If the account is configured with QR code, these settings are locked. Please try re-creating the account manually
