does a registered account time out due to inactivity on mac?

Question

When using the app for MAC my registered SIP account unregisters when I have not used it for a period of time. How can I change this so that it stays registered consistantly?

Are you using Zoiper 3 or Zoiper Classic?

Hello,
Try adjusting the registration expiry setting in the account's advanced settings.
Also, make sure the account is not used somewhere else at the same time.
