I am trying to login to zoiper 5 but unable to proceed. Tried using zoiper 3 and mobile and still the same. I reinstalled the app and same error. I asked my co employee to try it on his end and it worked. What could be the possible issue and fix please?

Check for the exact error message, then try consulting with your VoIP service proivder.

Your provider might be blocked or you could be using wrong credentials.
