Cannot use Zoiper on android when using Globe at home prepaid wifi

Hi Please help us i cannot use my Zoiper on android using Globe prepaid wifi

cannot login, registration faild with red status, my zoiper account is ISP UDP we use it for our Office work from home. tried to use other network and works well only on this Globe network prepaid wifi i cannot use it.
