Audio quality isn't good when over built-in mic

Hi,

Hope everyone is healthy. My Windows app version is 5 5.4.5 32 bit and OS Win 10 build 2004. The microphone built-in inside of Lenovo ThinkPad. It’s a generic Realtek one that came with laptop.

When I call the voice is scratchy (not that bad, not fully distorted) but it still annoying. If I use Bluetooth mic, the voice is clear. I played with codecs and other setting in the app with no results, I assume it’s more mic or driver.

Where do you recommend, I should look in addition?

Hi,

The latest Zoiper - 5.4.6 contains a fix for scratchy audio that appeared in Zoiper 5.4.5
