how can I configure p2p in android-app like in the ZOIPER for windows?

Hi. 

In ZOIPER for MS-windows I configured in "Zoiper service" two Zoiper Account in two diferent notebook and speak from one machine to the other.

How can I configure another Zoiper account but in my android smart phone?

I used Linphone before in p2p modus, but Zoiper is quite better.

Hello,

Only Zoiper 3 for Desktop supports the P2P service.

Please note that the Zoiper P2P service is not intended for production use. It is intended only to showcase the Zoiper features.
