zoiper not registering on windows XP service pack 2

Question

I have my Elastix PBX up and running with an IP address 192.168.2.69,  on my desktop machine I have downloaded and installed the free version of zoiper softphone, my desktop machine IP address is 192.168.2.50, when I insert the ippbx server address on zoiper, it doesn't register, and I have already created a sip extension on my elastix . where could I be going wrong?
