Greetings, 

here is my problem.

When I am on wifi audio both in and out works great.

However when on LTE (not on wifi) the receiving party can hear me but I cannot hear them.

I have tried all the suggestion about allowing the microphone access (in the privacy settings) and Enabling/Disabling the STUN setting, to no avail. 

please help.

Check in the statistics whether there are incoming packets, if no then the issue comes either from the VoIP server, or your mobile vendor has some restrictions for the use of VoIP into their network.

Where would I find the statistics?

Also it happens intermittently.

While you are in a call you can press the "Statistics" button from the in-call screen.
